The GPL-800 is engineered to operate as a seamless, high-speed component within your glass production line. By utilizing an external encoder wheel positioned on the pre-sorting conveyor, the laminator’s infeed speed synchronizes 1:1 with upstream cleaning equipment (such as washing machines). Equipped with dual-sided, driven non-silicone lamination rollers and an integrated automation loop, the system manages the entire lamination and cutting process with micron-level predictability.

HIGH-SPEED GAP CUTTING

The automated plate detection system tracks the exact front and back of each panel. Once the predetermined gap between plates is achieved, the integrated cross-cutting unit clamps and cleanly cuts the film within a rapid cycle.

Can the GPL-800 print tracking marks or serial numbers on the protective films?

It supports up to an 12-digit layout (XX XXXX XXXXXX) containing quality control status signals, a 4-digit batch number, and a 6-digit sequential serial number for full component traceability.
