The Crest Hologram Unit is designed for integration into the blanking line, where it applies security holograms to license plate blanks at full production speed. Adding the hologram during blanking keeps the process in one flow, with no separate handling step.
How the Hologram Unit works
As blanks move through the blanking line, the unit stamps the hologram at a fixed, registered position on each blank. Position and repeat accuracy are maintained at line speed, so every plate carries its security feature exactly where the specification requires it.
