The Crest Multi Wall Cutter MWC-2100 cuts polycarbonate multiwall sheets up to 2100 mm wide and 40 mm thick, at up to 30 m/min. A razor-sharp blade replaces the saw, so no swarf ends up inside the chambers of the sheet and nothing has to be blown out afterwards. The cutter is installed upright against a wall or used horizontally as a standalone unit, and runs from one simple operating panel.

BUILT FOR CLEAN MULTIWALL CUTTING
The MWC-2100 is built around one principle: cut, don’t saw. A saw tears through the walls of a multiwall sheet and fills the chambers with swarf that has to be blown out with an air gun. That costs time on every cut and spreads dust through the hall.
The Crest cutter slices through the sheet with a razor-sharp blade instead. Installed upright, it stands against a wall on a footprint of 1250 by 1020 mm. Where floor space allows, it runs horizontally as a standalone unit, optionally with infeed and outfeed tables and length measurement on the tables. As an option, the cutter can also laminate the panel edges with a membrane foil for added protection.
