REFURBISHED LICENSE PLATE PRODUCTION LINE

This refurbished line produces laminated aluminium license plate blanks from coil. The aluminium is decoiled, straightened, laminated with reflective film under loop control, heated and pressed in a 45 t hydraulic press.

The line consists of a vertical aluminium decoiler, a metal straightener, a graphic laminator with loop control, an infeeder, a heating unit, a hydraulic press of 45 t and a Siemens touch screen control.

The loop control keeps the aluminium strip under constant, controlled tension between the straightener and the laminator, so the reflective film is applied evenly and without stretching.

The line is checked, serviced and overhauled by Crest technicians and fully tested before delivery. Ask Crest for the current condition report and the exact scope of the overhaul.

The price is on request. Transport and installation are quoted separately. Changes to equipment or specifications will affect the price.

Yes. Crest has built license plate technology for more than 40 years. Additional units such as hot stamping, hologram application, laser marking or automatic stacking can be integrated on request.
