The Crest Roll to Roll Cutter is a universal converting machine that cuts or perforates reflective film to the exact sizes you need, delivered as sheets or as re-wound rolls. A flatbed die makes it easy to cut or perforate different patterns, and the HMI panel gives the operator precise control over every job.
How the machine works
Film is unwound and guided through the die station, where it is cut or perforated to the programmed format. The machine stops automatically when a preset quantity is reached or when the film roll runs out, so jobs can run unattended.
