The E-Stat 1400 is a heavy-duty roll laminator for professional lamination and finishing work. With two heated rollers and two cold pull rollers it handles hot and cold lamination, single- and double-sided, as well as mounting jobs on flexible media.
This E-Stat 1400 has been completely maintained and overhauled by Crest technicians. All rollers receive a new rubber coating and the machine is fully tested before delivery, so you get proven Sallmetall build quality at a fraction of the price of a new machine.
The budget price of € 15.500,- includes the complete maintenance and overhaul of the machine and a new rubber coating on all rollers. Transport and installation are excluded and quoted separately. Changes to the equipment or specifications will affect the price.
The machine is equipped with 2 unwinders (top and bottom centre), 4 combi unwind/rewind units (top front and rear, bottom front and rear) and 6 winding shafts. This gives you full flexibility for single-sided, double-sided and encapsulation jobs.
A working width of 1400 mm, roller pressure of approx. 4.5 N/mm, a nip height of approx. 50 mm and a speed of approx. 5 m/min. The machine further features cooling fans between the roller pairs, longitudinal slitting knives, 2 split rollers and a short infeed table with a brake roller.
Yes. The longitudinal slitting knives between the roller pairs let you trim or slit the laminated web inline, and the two split rollers support processing narrower webs in one pass.
