The Crest Glass Panel Laminator is built with robust functionality to handle diverse lamination needs with unparalleled efficiency. The machine is capable of processing bot double-sided or single-sided lamination processes.

The laminator uses state-of-the-art lamination rollers that apply even pressure across the glass surface, ensuring a flawless adhesion of the protective film. The rollers operate without heating, which helps maintain the integrity and clarity of the glass sheets.

With a laminating speed adjustable up to 8 meters per minute, the Glass Panel Laminator strikes the perfect balance between speed and precision. It features an intuitive Human-Machine Interface (HMI) that allows operators to easily control and monitor the lamination process. The HMI displays critical parameters such as process speed and laminating nip height, which can be adjusted using the handwheel on the machine’s front panel. This ensures optimal settings for different types of glass and film materials.

The machine also includes a tension-adjustable dancer unit that smoothly feeds the film into the lamination rollers without stretching it. This minimizes film wrinkles and tears, resulting in a high-quality finish every time.

Capable of handling glass sheets with thicknesses from 2mm to 4mm and sizes up to 700mm in width and 900mm in length, the Evolution 800 is versatile enough to meet the demands of various applications, from architectural to automotive glass lamination. The Glass Laminator is equipped with multiple safety features, including emergency stop buttons, safety covers, and interlocks that prevent operation if any safety guard is open, ensuring a safe working environment for operators.
